"Go to LGT. You make it so easy to be an Owner Operator. I've talked to other Owner Operators and they have to pay for their trailer rent and get their own permits and all this stuff that I don't really have to take care of. You guys take care of that. And it just makes it so easy to be an owner operator here at LGT."
"I like the fact that it doesn't have a corporate feel. Pam, the owner, has an open door policy so if I want to talk to the person in charge of everything I can just walk in there or shoot over an email or call the office and go through any issues I have or discuss anything. And on top of that the equipment is nice and I enjoy the variety of work."
"The people are fantastic. The pay is good and you're treated like a person, not a number."
